Proper nutrition is foundational to recovery, stability, and overall well-being. Our meals and nutrition program ensures every resident receives wholesome, balanced meals in a supportive communal dining environment — no one goes hungry, ever.
Residents receive a minimum of three nutritious meals per day — breakfast, lunch, and dinner — prepared with attention to dietary needs, portion balance, and food safety standards.
Our meal planning prioritizes whole foods, lean proteins, fresh vegetables, and whole grains — designed to support physical health, mental clarity, and sustained energy throughout the day.
Meals are served in a shared dining space that encourages social connection, community building, and peer support — turning every meal into an opportunity for fellowship and recovery.
Our meals program supports physical recovery, mental wellness, and community connection — three pillars of successful independent living.
We provide structured, non-medical medication support that helps residents maintain their prescribed regimens safely and consistently. Our staff assists with reminders, secure storage, and coordination — while respecting resident autonomy and privacy. We do not administer medications.
Staff provides gentle, respectful reminders to help residents take medications at prescribed times — supporting adherence without intruding on personal autonomy.
All resident medications are stored in a secure, locked location accessible only to the resident and designated staff — ensuring safety, privacy, and compliance with facility standards.
We support residents who are capable of self-administering medications by assisting with container opening, reading labels, and verifying dosages — always under resident direction.
My Residential Journey provides non-medical medication support only. We do not administer medications, provide medical advice, or perform clinical assessments. Residents must be capable of self-administration or have external medical support arranged.
